Origin & Producer
Lisandro Cárdenas grows Gesha on his farm Finca Las Brisas in Acevedo, Huila. A second-generation farmer, he focuses on careful cherry selection and drying practices to highlight the region’s high-altitude terroir (1,400–2,000 masl).
Process
Natural: ripe cherries are hand-sorted and dried on covered raised beds for over two weeks. It’s a tricky method in humid Huila, but Lisandro’s care brings out clarity and depth in this Gesha.
