We have had an excellent experience using Friedrichs as our coffee provider. Recently we were sent coffee that is too oily for our automatic espresso machine. I called and Colleen quickly took care of the problem. Colleen is always very kind and helpful.

Love the loose-leaf teas. Such a great variety. The peach black is just so delicious. The wellness tea does not disappoint especially if you’re feeling under the weather or just want to enjoy something calming. Customer service is always great!
